Reds Meadow Campground Overview

Reds Meadow Campground is located in the Inyo National Forest in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. The campground is located about 20 miles from the town of Mammoth Lakes. The area is a popular destination to ski, fish, hike, bike, photograph and enjoy the spectacular scenery and wildlife of the Sierras. The town of Mammoth Lakes offers a variety of things to do including shopping, golfing, special events and other activities.

Reds Meadow Campground has 56 single-family (mixed-used) campsites located at an elevation of 7,800 feet in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. The campground is set among large Jeffrey Pine trees. Each campsite has a food locker, table, fire ring and grill.
