East Fork Campground

East Fork Campground Overview

East Fork Campground is located in the Inyo National Forest at an elevation of 9,000 feet. The campground sits right along Rock Creek and has 133 campsites (with several backing right up to the creek).  Fishing is popular here, as is hiking, backpacking and wildlife viewing.  Many of the campsites have tall trees and several have good sized parking pads.  Bring a jacket – even in the summer – as the nights will get cold at this elevation.  The campground has flush toilets and the campsites have a food locker, table, fire ring and grill.
