Saddlebag Lake Campground Overview

Saddlebag Lake campground is located way up in the high-country at 10,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada mountain range close to Saddlebag Lake. All of the campsites have beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The area offers fantastic fishing and hiking. Many species of wildlife call the mountains home, such as black bear, mountain lions, mule deer, pine marten, pika and numerous fish and birds.

Saddlebag Lake campground is located way up in the high-country at 10,000 feet in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It has 20 single-family campsites and 1 group area. This is Bear Country. Please store food properly and don’t feed the bears. Small RVs or short trailers only. Reservations are only available for groups.
