McGee Creek Campground Overview

McGee Creek Campground is located in the Inyo National Forest in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains between Bishop and Mammoth Lakes. The campground has sunny exposure and is adjacent to McGee Creek. The area is popular for its spectacular scenery and trails for hikers, mountain bikers and equestrian enthusiasts. McGee Creek Campground has 28 single-family (mixed-used) campsites located at an elevation of 7,600 feet in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains. The campground is set in an open and sunny area adjacent to the creek with views of Crowley Lake. The campsites are large and spread out with each having a food locker, shade structure, table, fire ring and grill.
