Lake George Campground

Lake George Campground Overview

Lake George is in a beautiful alpine canyon in the eastern Sierra and offers some pretty nice fishing.  The Lake George Campground is at 9,200 feet and has 16 campsites with decent views of the lake.  The campground is densely forested with pines and the campsites are fairly close together.  The campground has flush toilets and each campsite has a food locker, table, fire ring and grill.  Boat rentals are available in the summer.  The community of Mammoth Lakes is within 30 minutes.
