June Lake Campground

June Lake Campground Overview

June Lake Campground is located in one of the more beautiful areas of the eastern-Sierra Nevada.  The campground sits at 7,600 feet in a mixed Aspen and pine forest and right on the shoreline of June Lake.  This is a very popular fishing area and the lake has a marina and boat ramp.  The town of June Lake is also very close (within walking distance) and offers shopping, groceries and restaurants.  In addition to boating and fishing, you can enjoy hiking, biking, backpacking and wildlife viewing.  The campground has 29 campsites (22 for RV/Tent and 7 for tent only).   There are no hookups, but the campground has flush toilets.  Each campsite has a food locker, table, fire ring and grill.
