D.L. Bliss State Park Campground Overview

D.L. Bliss State Park and Campground is just north and on the border of Emerald Bay State Park in the Tahoe National Forest.  Set among a forest of pine trees at an elevation of 6,200 feet, this state park has 744 acres with popular hiking trails such as Lighthouse and Balancing Rock Nature Trail.  There are 142 (mixed use) campsites in the campground (69 standard, 72 tent only and 1 group site).  There are showers and flush toilets in the campground, as well as a picnic area, visitor center and playground.  Each campsite has a food locker, table, fire ring and grill.  There is also an ARV dump station in the campground.
