Boulder Gulch Campground

Boulder Gulch Campground Overview

Boulder Gulch Campground is located next to Lake Isabella in the Sequoia National Forest.  It is located in the Southern Sierra at 2,650 feet and is considered a high-desert campground.  With little trees or shade, there is little relief from the summer heat.   Outdoor recreation activities center around Lake Isabella where you can enjoy a variety of water sports including swimming, tubing, water skiing, boating, fishing and other activities. You can also contact many of the river outfitters in Kernville to give whitewater rafting a try on the Upper or Lower Kern rivers. The campground has showers and flush toilets.  Each campsite has a table, ring and fire grill.
