Blue Lake Basin Campground Overview

Blue Lake Basin campgrounds are managed by Pacific Gas & Electric (PGE) in California’s Alpine County. Visitors can enjoy a variety of outdoor recreation including camping, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. Blue Lake Basin has 4 campgrounds/camping areas including Lower Blue Lake (17 sites), Middle Creek (39 sites), Upper Blue Lake (31) and Upper Dam (24 sites). The campground has flush and vault toilets. ¬†Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill.
