Bitter Brush Campground

Bitter Brush Campground Overview

Bitter Brush Campground is fairly new with 30 large and open single family campsites.  There are few trees so most campsites are exposed to the sun and night sky. Bring your fishing pole because Big Pine creek flows right by the campground.  It’s also a nice jump off spot for backpacking and hiking in the spectacular Sierra Nevada mountains.  Although open year-round, the popular season is May to October.  Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. The campground has vault toilets and water (except in the winter months).
